The hotel was nice, as for me everything was brand-new. The room was reasonably spacious and offered with an attached bathroom and comfy bed. The location was good and fantastic for me as it was close to the historical center, all the restaurants right on the main street and bus station. I truly enjoyed the stay.

A perfect location! Easy parking, friendly staff, clean and simple bedroom, supermarket nearby, and close to the historic center. The breakfast was decent, making it a great choice for a stop in Palermo.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more! Comfort could be improved with better noise insulation, but overall a wonderful experience.

I recently stayed at the beautiful Palazzo Napolitano in Palermo for a few days. The hotel’s location near the central train station made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and catching flights. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had a lovely balcony overlooking Via Roma. The comfortable bed, strong water pressure, and effective air conditioning added to the overall comfort of the stay. The friendly and hospitable staff, Giuseppe and his colleague, were extremely helpful with recommendations and made us feel at home. The breakfast offered some of the best cornetti we had during our entire trip.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
